Alex felt Bryce's' arm run across her neck, then cheek. When she felt her hair loosening from the clip, she smirked some. She then heard what Bryce said, then felt him push her against her fridge, and his arms snaking around her waist rather tightly. Giggling some, Lexie shook her head, then rose an eyebrow at him. She then took her hands and unlatched Bryce off of her. Walking away into her family room, Lexie looked out one of the windows. She saw how dark it was, then counted 3 hors until her parents came home.
Siting down on a chair then, Alex sighed heavily. She, personally, liked this part of her house. It was quiet almost all of the time, and she could just plop down here and do her homework or catch up on some reading. Running a hand through her hair to fix it, she blinked a few times, then closed her eyes. She didn't want Bryce to leave. Not at all.

[&&none can compare 'cause i;;]
The way she had shaken her head, Bryce could've sworn that she didn't want his company anymore. But the two were friends...even when the two wanted to be alone, they'd stick around each other anyway; not matter how much it annoyed them. Just when Laxie brushed away from him, Bryce managed a smirk just as slight as her own and opened up the refrigorator, studying everything in there. After picking up a can of Coke, the teenager peeked into the family room and then walked back over to the island.
He looked down at the clip in his hand and just smiled to himself right before opening the can of Coke. The next thing Bryce knew, there was Coke all over his shorts and part of his shirt, Scraps! he whispered to himself as he put the can of coke down and slipped off his shorts, releaving his blue plaid boxers. From his shorts, he took out his cell phone along with a necklace he was waiting to give to Alex.
Bryce had a feeling soda cans were after him or something, seeing as everytime he'd open one, the can would pretty much explode and pour on his clothes. It was a bit sad, but the teenager has goten over it...the soda can deal isn't the only sad thing in his life. After throwing his shorts at a chair nearby, Bryce picked up his drink and looked down at the necklace that was now in his hand. He walked out of the kitchen and saw Lexie still relaxed on the chair, not too far from the window. Bryce walked over from behind her and locked the necklace around her neck just before walking in front of her and looking over at it. The chain was silver with a heart-shaped diamond necklace in it.
By now, he expected Lex to get used to the fact that he liked getting her nice stuff...maybe she did; maybe she didn't. After taking a sip of his drink, he leaned over the chair, resting his weight on the arms of the chair as he just studied Alex's familiar features for a second or so. Of course, the teenager was known of Alex's face, but for some reason today, he couldn't keep his eyes from it.

Alex waited for Bryce to come into the family room. She was dozing off some when she heard his soft footsteps on the carpet, then she felt something go around her neck. Opening her eyes, she took a hand and grabbed the heart that was on the necklace. She stared at it in awe, looking at the diamond in it for a hard moment or two. It was so pretty. Looking up at Bryce, she then rose both of her eyebrows, studying his blue boxers some. She then giggled. What happened, buck-o? Lexie asked. Standing up, she hugged Bryce.
It's beautiful. Thanks, Lexie then smiled brightly at B. Yawning loudly, she walked back over at the window, leaning on it some. It was actually nice outside. She could see all the stars. Thinking rather quickly, Alex walked out of the family room and into her kitchen. Opening the side door, she walked briskly to the gate of her backyard. Opening it, she closed it then walked over towards the lake she had in the back. Sitting down on the grass, she watched the moon reflect off of the still waters. Alex then fell onto her back, gazing up at the stars. They were pretty.
Picking out the Big and Little Dipper, the birth date symbols, and Orin's belt, Lexie sat back up. She looked around her. It was dark all around, but she could still see. She wondered where Bryce was. She was also wondering why Bryce got her the necklace. It was pretty, but she wasn't really expecting it. Well, not now, at least.

[&&everytime i try to go;;]
After returning her hug, Bryce decided to tell her about the drink, but just as he was about to, she said thanks to him and then walked over to the window. After she walked off, Bryce stood against the window, watching as laid down on the grass. It was so weird...the closer he tried to get to Alex, the more she backed away from him. It wasn't like it was making him upset, but it was just weird. He wondered what she was thinking about or what she wanted to say to him. Because incase she may have not noticed, the two didn't really stand at the most pleasant relationship at the moment.
Were they still friends? Were they now enemies? Will they be 'together' after this? None of it made sense. Bryce just continued to watch as she just laid there, looking up at the stars, while he did same inside the house. After gazing over the lake once more, the teenager let out a heavy sigh when Alex sat up and walked into the kitchen. Just as he walked a few steps forward, he slipped over the spilled Coke and fell on his back really hard on the hard waxed floor. After moaning in pain for a bit, Bryce stood up on his feet and walked outside, slowly as possible with the pain, still moving around in his back.
Slowly once again, he made his way over to the lake and sat down right beside her, Ya know, if you're so sleepy, why don't you just go to bed? Bryce managed to finally ask. She'd been yawning ever since he got up, he just didn't understand why she didn't just go to sleep. Maybe it was because Bryce was here and it'd be a bit uncomfortable...that couldn't have been the reason, seeing as Bryce had stayed over at her house for about two whole days. Why was this any different. After biting at his bottom lip, Bryce just looked over at Alex, awaiting an answer from her.

I don't want to... Alex replied. She looked over at Bryce and smiled some. She then scooted closer to him, letting her body fall against his. Looking around them, Lexie was wondering why she was acting this way towards him. She didn't want to stop being his friend, but doing this kind of stuff made their relationship a bit uncomfortable. This was either the last time they would do it, or he would muster up the courage to ask her out. But, would she want to? Sure. But she didn't know quite yet.
ooc; ewwie, ugly and short, I know. but damned school has been taking all of my muse lately... -.-

[&&i don't mind spending everyday;;]
Just as Alex dropped her weight on him, Bryce awkwardly cleared his throat and looked away from her, over at the pond. He wasn't sure what she wanted from him. He was a guy...those little humans that usually were clueless about most stuff, especially when they were blonde guys. I mean, Alex had to give him a break, though. He just had sex with his best friend...it was already uncomfortable for him to be this close to her already, Go to bed, Lex was all the teenager said before he lifted Alex off of him and stood up to his feet on the soft grass, it's late.
Bryce wasn't sure if he was being a jerk or not about this. He didn't know how to handle this kind of situation, seeing as it never happened to him before. Maybe Bryce could've back off and let Alex date that jerk. Maybe Ryan was actually nice to Lexie and ACTUALLY had feelings for her. Even though it was just hard to imagine seeing his best friend...his almost sister with his enemy; really hard, I don't think they're gonna let me in so late in the dorm house, so I guess I'm staying here And with that being said, the teenager turned around and walked back towards the house.
It didn't quiet occur to him that he was still in his boxers. I mean, he actually step out of the house in his undies, it's kinda sad, but Bryce didn't think of it as much. Think of it this way: who, in their right mind, would actually see a teenager hanging around the backyard of a house that wasn't even his at 2:00 in the morning? Even if someone saw him, they'd think they were dreaming...or maybe crazy. Bryce finally made it into the house and for the second time slipped over the spilled Coke on the kitchen floor.
Bryce didn't want to talk to Alex anymore, but at the same time, he did. He wanted to know where they stood...but it was just too impossible to find out at the moment. Walking over to the movie room, Bryce made his way over to the row of chairs and laid down on the floor. After rolling under the chair, the teenager just made a face at the gum stuck under the chair and realized it was his own from last month. He tried to slightly scrap it off, but it was no use. Bryce only had one thing in mind...only one hope. One wish. He wished to goodness that whatever happened right now, he would not leave this spot and Alex would never find him.
