blaah! books make me RP much more better. well, they make my writing better, that's for sure. and i'm in a literature-deficiency mode. I HATE IT! makes me feel dull.. and boring.. and stupid inside. i need a boook people! recommend me one! x.x [the only books in my 'must get' list is twilight and time traveler's wife... i need something else!] something that isn't really.. dull.. ; something that isn't all girly too.. i used to love it but since i read hard love(by Ellen Wittlinger -- check it out! lovely book!) i began to get tired of it. all i need is something interesting that isn't dull! ;

Have you read this one?
The Talisman by Steven King
The only thing I can tell you about it without ruining it, is that the kid can go from one world to another. Weird huh?

Have you read...
The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold
The Island of the Blue Dolphins by Scott O'Dell
Peeps by Scott Westerfeld
Uglies by Scott Westerfeld (book one in a completed three book series)
Midnighters: The Secret Hour by Scott Westerfeld (book one in a completed three book series)
So Yesterday by Scott Westerfeld
Yes, yes, a lot of Westerfeld. Everyone who loves Twilight generally loves Westerfeld books. He is my favorite author. I highly recommend So Yesterday, it was my first book of his that I read. It is amazing!
But honestly, Westerfeld is the way to go. I've never been disappointed by any of his books.

I'd say any steven king book. I really like Four After Midnight. It has four short stories in there. The Langoliers is my favorite out of those ones, so I recommend that book.
I might complain about summer reading a lot, but the book I'm reading right now is pretty good. I think if it weren't required I might like it. It's called "Something Wicked This Way Comes" by Ray Bradbury, it's kind of hard to get into but after the first few chapters it's really fun.

Uglies, Pretties and Specials are great. I couldn't put them down. And I know they are a bit, kidish? maybe but Harry Potter is a great series. It's pretty good, and again, hard to put down.

I just got done reading Goose Girl by Shannon Hale. It's a wonderful book, if you're into nature and deep magical stuff like me. It's about a princess. Lol. It's the best princess story I've read. Practical Magic by Alice Hoffman is kinda nice. I know it's old, but it's still one of my favorites if anyone here hasn't heard of it before. It was turned into a movie with Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman.
I mostly read Lloyd Alexander books. But I'm also reading Invisible Monsters by Chuck Palahniuk right now. It's pretty morbid and maybe disturbing for some, but it's awesome. lol His style of writing draws you in. Many songs from TBS or Panic! are based from Palahniuk's books.
